Open-Die Forge

Forgings up to 50 t which are used for highly complex applications are produced from conventional molten polygonal and square forging ingots or slabs, or from round ingots, which are refined in the ESR plant. Two high-capacity open-die forge presses - 60 MN / 27 MN – are available here.
